We ship across Australia from Sydney, NSW. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping will become available in 2027 — join our newsletter to be notified.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD.
FOUNDING 100 LOOHAUS RESERVATIONS
Loohaus Founding 100 reservations are pre-orders. Your $50 deposit secures your spot in the first production run.
Loohaus units ship in January 2027. We'll email you 4 weeks before dispatch to confirm your shipping address and charge the remaining balance.
You can request a full refund of your deposit at any time before shipment by emailing hello@thefurhaus.company.
FURHAUS PADS SUBSCRIPTION
Pads ship every 30 days from your subscription start date.
Your first pad delivery will arrive within 4-7 business days of placing your order. Subsequent deliveries are dispatched 2 business days before your renewal date so you receive them on time.
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Most orders are shipped via Australia Post or a comparable courier service.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@thefurhaus.company within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
If a package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 14 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
